1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the vegastar89 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the vegastar89 Platform in any way — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of vegastar89 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all vegastar89 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one vegastar89 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

vegastar89 reserves the right to refuse account registration or suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vegastar89 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• vegastar89 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. vegastar89 does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• vegastar89 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits of any kind, nor credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. vegastar89 may request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vegastar89 account holder.
• Processing times vary by payment channel. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• vegastar89 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your vegastar89 account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vegastar89 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered vegastar89 players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• vegastar89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay & Fair Play

vegastar89 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following terms govern gameplay on the Platform:

• All games on the vegastar89 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the vegastar89 system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, vegastar89 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vegastar89 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the vegastar89 Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent.

• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction placed on your account.

8 Responsible Gaming

vegastar89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any vegastar89 content.

Any unauthorized use of vegastar89 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by vegastar89.

11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vegastar89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the agreement governed by these Terms at any time:

• By You: You may close your vegastar89 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
• By vegastar89: vegastar89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the vegastar89 Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vegastar89 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through vegastar89's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

vegastar89 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that vegastar89 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint with the relevant Philippine gaming authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

vegastar89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vegastar89 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the vegastar89 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
